STATION ATHENS 3

MKO AMAKA and the SYNERGYO have been organizing for the last two years the artistic workshop for young immigrants-refugees with the theme "My station - Athens", where based on the cross-cultural culture of the participants, they themselves create their own story, their own show, their own station, using visual and technological means combined with theatrical play.

With the end of last year's very creative year, the performance prepared by Station Athens was presented in June in Avdi Square. Now that... it's winter, we gather for three Sundays at the WORKSHOP (13, 20 & 27 November) at 20:30, to meet again Zaki, Bakar, Hassan, Alex, Zakaria, Aman, Barkat, Mohamed, Saki, Irfan, Mustafa and Paris, who will tell us about their journey from their homeland - Afghanistan, Iran, Syria, Pakistan - to Athens and the WORKSHOP.

At the same time, there is an exhibition in the foyer with works of photography, video, and paintings by the students of "Station Athens" from the period 2009 - 2011.
