TORTURE: PAST AND PRESENT

Testimonies of the past, personal objects, videos and images work as evidence of the horrible acts performed under the Pinochet dictatorship in Chile. Similar acts are being done to this day throughout the world. The exhibition included excerpts from P. Korovesis’ book “Anthropofilakes”, articles by M. Piniou-Kalli, as well as historical maps and many photographs. The material presented was collected with the support of the Medical Rehabilitation Centre for Torture Victims and Amnesty International.
